OUR STORY
The White Canvas Project was created by Seattle area native Shana Perrina.

Combining her love for art and compassion for community service. Every piece is paired with a local or national non-profit and 20% of the proceeds will be donated to that organization.

The artwork is original and each piece is painted with acrylic paints on canvas.
Creating thoughtful pieces, that help support organizations doing incredible work in the community.
ABOUT SHANA
I live in Seattle with my husband and two (mostly) enjoyable teenage kids, and one extremely sweet yellow lab. I am a self-taught artist that finds joy in connecting people through art.
Volunteering and community service has always been an important part of my life. For the past 6+ years, each week I have been volunteering at the YWCA Foodbank.
I am also responsible for decorating and providing essentials for transitional apartments for women and their children escaping Domestic Violence. Creating spaces that provide much needed comfort and safety to these brave survivors.
Along with my daughter, we are involved with the National Charity League which is a mother/daughter organization committed to community service. My husband and I were honored to have Chaired the Down Syndrome - Style and Stars event in 2020.
Giving back and serving our community is a very important value we hope to instill in our children. The volunteer work that I do often serves as inspiration for my art.
I find incredible happiness in watching others succeed and grow and it is so fulfilling to know that I could be a source of inspiration to spread kindness to others through my art.
